1. Nature of the platform

OneEuroDraw is a voluntary community giveaway platform. This is not a lottery, gambling service, or game of chance as defined by applicable law. Participation is entirely voluntary. No purchase is necessary to participate — contact us at support@oneeurodraw.com for free entry options.

2. How the community pool works

Participants make a voluntary contribution of €1 (or multiples thereof) to a community prize pool. At the end of each campaign period, one participant is randomly selected from all contributors to receive the collected pool funds. The selection is automated and impartial.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate. You must have a valid account on OneEuroDraw. Participation must be legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Contributions

All contributions are voluntary and final. Contributions grant an equal chance of being selected as the pool recipient. The platform retains a small operational fee to cover payment processing and platform costs.

5. Pool payout

The selected member receives the full collected pool minus payment processing fees. Payout is made within 7 business days of selection via bank transfer or PayPal.

6. Refunds

Contributions are non-refundable once a campaign is active. Refunds are only issued if a campaign is cancelled by administration before it closes.

7. Limitation of liability

OneEuroDraw is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation. Maximum liability is limited to the amount contributed.
